Our fitness training sessions are all performed in outdoor park locations in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne and our workouts should compliment the training you are already doing at your gym or with your trainer at Fitness First, sports club or running club and Triathlon club. You will have your own qualified personal trainer taking you through the 1 hour training session which combines all elements of fitness in a fun group exercise setting. At the end of the 4 weeks of training we will celebrate our hard work with drinks and dinner at the nearest bar or pub.
